Pool Area & Gazebo

The pool and gazebo area provides a welcome respite for our residents to take in the sun, meet with friends, and chill out.  Whether you’re a “sun worshiper” or a “shade dweller”, it’s a good place to get away, unwind, and relax.

The pool is the focal point of our community, defining Florida living, at its best.

There are plenty of chairs for lounging in the sun, poolside, or in the shade of our shelters.   The pool is open daily from 9:00 am to dusk.  Rules and regulations are clearly posted to assure everyone has an enjoyable visit.  Our residents are urged to abide by the posted rules.

Some of the key rules are:

  1. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the gazebo or pool area
  2. No glass of any kind in the pool area
  3. Children under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult
  4. No bounce houses, water slides, or similar novelty rentals
  5. No party animals (horses, donkeys, etc), petting zoos, dogs, cats,or other animals
  6. No fireworks or pyrotechnics

Residents wishing to reserve the gazebo for parties should visit the Homeowner's Forms section of this website, "click here" in the online forms section at the top of the page, complete the questions, then follow the directions for the deposit.  Note:  Your reservation is not "locked in" until the deposit check is received by Crest.  You can mail it or hand deliver it.  Do NOT attempt to leave your deposit with the guard.   Note:  Other residents will still be free to use the pool area, during your party.

As of July 2019 our gazebo has a new feature.  We have our own Meadow Lakes at Boca Raton Little Library.  This is a lending library for our community.  Please bring and donate your best books and magazines for the community to enjoy.  The concept is simple at the lending library:  Browse, Borrow, Read, Return.  It is that simple.  Always mind the house rules at the library.  Leave it neat and close & latch the doors when you leave.

While visiting our pool and gazebo area, if any violation of the rules is observed, residents are urged to report the infraction to the security guard at the main gate.

Enjoy the Florida sun!!!   Don't forget your sunscreen!!!
