Living in an HOA

Meadow Lakes at Boca Raton is governed by a Home Owners Association (HOA).

Among other things, an HOA is charged with regulating and maintaining the appearance of the community.  Meadow Lakes at Boca Raton takes pride in its manicured lawns and beautiful homes.  Specially-appointed committees, staffed by homeowners, and directed by the HOA Board, regularly inspect the property to assure high standards of appearance are maintained.

Our “high standards of appearance” include a number of inspection categories including:

  • Proper upkeep of the residences--including all external trim, doors, windows, and roof.
  • Regular cleaning and painting of the walls, trim, and roof, as needed.
  • Proper upkeep of landscaping--including regular mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning.
  • Proper upkeep of the driveways--repairing and pressure-washing, as needed.
  • Compliance with rules and regulations, governing vehicular parking in the community.
  • Compliance with regulations governing street-side placement of trash and yard waste.

Homeowners in violation of the community’s standards of appearance are issued violation letters.  Failure to correct the violation, or repeat offenses, can result in penalties being assessed.

Thanks to our high standards of appearance at Meadow Lakes at Boca Raton, our beautiful community boasts rising property values and is a great place to live and raise a family.
