Our new management company, effective November 1, 2026 is First Service Residential. For the next several weeks, Crest will still be managing our property, but we will gradually transition to the new company.
PLEASE PLAN TO CHANGE YOUR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS FOR THE NOVEMBER 1ST PAYMENT – Check this page often as the new payment accounts and addresses will show here first before you receive something in the mail mid-October.
IMPORTANT UPDATE TODAY: OCTOBER 20, 2026 FIRSTSERVICE RESIDENTIAL (FSR) WILL BE EMAILING AND POSTAL MAILING THE COMMUNITY ON OCTOBER 22-23, 2026 WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPENING THEIR ACCOUNTS IN THE FSR PORTAL. PLEASE OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND SET UP YOUR NOVEMBER 1, 2026 MONTHLY HOA PAYMENT THROUGH THE FSR PORTAL.
10/20/2026: We also invite you to register for the FirstService Residential Connect™ Resident Portal starting on November 1, 2026. This powerful tool allows you to stay connected with your community anytime, anywhere. With just a few clicks, you can communicate with board members and neighbors, access community forms and documents, view assessment amounts, pay your assessment fees, and much more. The FirstService Residential Connect™ Portal is designed to enhance your experience and simplify managing your account.
How to Register for Your New Resident Portal:
Step 1. Visit Resident Portal
Step 2. Scroll down to Resident Access and select Create Account.
Step 3. You can register using your mobile phone number or email address.
For now, important things to remember:
- The Board will remain unchanged
- The community vendors you have seen for years will remain unchanged
- Watch signage at the gate, watch your email, and watch your US mail over the next several weeks, for communications about the transition.
- Your November 1, 2026 HOA dues will be paid to the new management company. More information on that to follow in upcoming emails.
- Our new management company will be online-based, with information and services our community has never seen until now.
