Please be advised that all residents that currently do not have a barcode decal for their car are required to do so. The community is now using a remote guard kiosk for entering the community through the guest lane.
The system operates and approves visitors by inserting a driver’s license into the freestanding remote guard system. If you are a resident that does not have a barcode sticker for your vehicle, please visit our HO Website to request your barcode.
The Board has also implemented a zero tolerance policy for those found guilty of tailgating other vehicles to enter or damage the gate system. This reckless behavior will be found true via our camera system that records all vehicles and plates. Violations for this offense will include up to an immediate $1000 fine, legal costs incurred to demand payment, and or permanent ban for the guest entering the community with their vehicle.
