You may have received a letter and/or an email in the mail about a new payment portal offered by our management company Crest Management Group. If you haven’t already tried it, you can access it at http://crest.cincwebaxis.com and click sign in. Once you click sign in, you will have an opportunity to register for an account. Once setup, you will be able to pay your monthly maintenance fee online.
You still have the option of sending your check to Meadow Lakes HOA, c/o Crest Management Group, PO Box 165254, Miami, FL 33116. Or you can also fill out your coupon form (should have received this in the mail) and select ACH to have your maintenance automatically withdrawn from your bank each month.
