Our new management company, effective November 1, 2026 is First Service Residential. For the next several weeks, Crest will still be managing our property, but we will gradually transition to the new company.
For now, important things to remember:
- The Board will remain unchanged
- The community vendors you have seen for years will remain unchanged
- Watch signage at the gate, watch your email, and watch your US mail over the next several weeks, for communications about the transition.
- Your November 1, 2026 HOA dues will be paid to the new management company. More information on that to follow in upcoming emails.
- Our new management company will be online-based, with information and services our community has never seen until now.
