Homeowner must pay for any expenses incurred to fix damages.Homeowner must comply with all state, county, and/or city building codes, and must obtain all necessary/required permits.Homeowner must abide by decision of the ACB (Architectural Control Board) and Meadow Lakes Board of Directors.If the modification is completed without approval, homeowner may be subject to court action by the Association. Any legal expenses incurred by the Association, regardless of the decision of the court, will be the homeowner’s responsibility.Any expenses incurred by the Association, when reviewing homeowner’s application, for outside professional services/consultation, will be the responsibility of the homeowner.Approved modification(s) must be completed within 45 days (Pool-60 Days) or the approval may be withdrawn. The ACB committee will authorize additional time for completion, under some circumstances.Homeowner is responsible for assuring all contractors, tradesmen, and other hired personnel abide by all HOA rules and regulations.
